Payment Policy
Payment methods we accept
We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, bank transfers, money order and
Western Union
PayPal PayPal is preferred.
Credit Card
VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card are accepted. But we do not accept American Express.
When you submit your order, please make sure that your billing information is absolutely
correct. If system indicts your credit card information is not correct, we would
cancel the order without notice.
Once we cancel an order, we will refuse to accept the payment before it reaches
our account, or credit it back to the credit card if we are late to refuse it. Usually,
the time for payment to reach our account and the time for our credit to buyer’s
card is 3 days.
If your order was cancelled, but you are the owner of the credit card and still
want to buy from us, you need to place an order again. But please recheck your billing
information carefully, and make sure that the information you fill in here is exactly
the same as what you filled in the application form for that card word by word.
Otherwise, our system will not indicate your billing information is correct. Or
you can change to use PayPal to pay.
Bank Transfer & Money Order
If you do not have any credit card or any Paypal account, you can choose to pay
by bank transfer or money order.
When you fill in forms for bank transfer or money order, please try to leave your
order number to us or follow our instruction if your order is offline. Otherwise,
the payment will be left in our account without knowing who gives it. Then shipment
for your order would be delayed as a result. So it would be better that you send
an email to sales@pigpony.com for a confirmation
on the payment.
Western Union
When you fill in the form required by western Union, please make sure you write
the payee’s name correctly. Even an error in the order of first name,
middle name and last name will prevent us to receive the money. We won’t send
out items if the situation is caused by any error in your payment.
Shipping Methods
We use USPS as the primary carrier for most items from our headquarter in Columbus,
Ohio, United States. Items are usually shipped by USPS first class mail or priority
mail depending on the shipping fee you pay.
USPS first class mail (normal mail) : 3-8 business days
USPS priority mail: 2-3 business days
USPS mail service will be only offered to customers within United States.
Occasionally, we'll ship the items directly from our factory warehouse in Hongkong
by Hongkong post office when we don't have enough stock. And to save costs for customers,
we'll ship items directly from Hongkong to the international buyers. Items can be
shipped by Hongkong normal air mail or express mail depending on the shipping fee
you pay.
But we are sorry that we do not accept requests for DHL or Fedex shipping or any
overnight shipping.
Shipping Policy
For items lost during shipping --- All the package will have a tracking number.
We will be responsible for any missing or loss during shipping by resending another
new one. We will only be responsible for the shipping till it is delivered. Any
missing or loss after carriers’ delivery will not be in our responsibility
range.
For items damaged during shipping --- Item can be returned to us for a replacement
of the same item if it is damaged when it is delivered. We will be responsible for
postage for return to us and resending a new one.
All the items to international customers will be sent from our warehouse in
Hongkong. We will not take responsibility to any tariff charged by destination country.
