Return Policy
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Specialists at sales@pigpony.com.
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to pigpony.com. All original components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for pigpony.com to process your RMA. Unless otherwise required by law, an item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at pigpony.com's discretion. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through pigony.com are subject to our policy and agreement.
There are serial numbers in components for each product sold through pigpony.com. A returned item will be confiscated once it is verified to be not be purchased through pigpony.com
Non-returnable
- Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
- Unsealed or opened consumable items such as Printer Ink and Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD, etc cannot be returned. Those items are consumed once they are used. They can be returned within 30 days of the transaction date only if the item is sealed and unopened in its original retail packaging.
- Items cannot be returned if important original components or accessories are lost.
Within 3-month Return Policy
Returnable item can be returned for a credit or a replacement of the same item only within 3 months and only if it is defective.
Wrong items we shipped can be returned for a replacement of right items as in order through pigpony.com only within 3 months
Return for replacement within 3 months ---- If the item is defective or is a wrong item, we would be responsible for all the normal mail postage for returns, both to us and to you. All the return items must be returned by normal mail with a tracking number. We will not be responsible for postage if items are returned by express mail. And we will not be responsible for any loss in return mail to us.
Return for refund within 3 months ---- If the item is defective and is returned for a refund, we will only reimburse the item price. We will not be responsible for any postage for return and any loss in return to us.
Within 1-year Return Policy
Only defective items can be returned for repair when the 3-month warranty is overdue and 1-year warranty is still valid. It cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. We would repair returned items for free, but we will not be responsible for any postage for return and any loss in return to us. The postage for return to you will be the same as the original shipping price for the item in your order. |
